Shipping policy

Shipping Policy 
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. For Original Art allow up to 2 weeks so we can ensure it is carefully packaged and thoughtfully wrapped. Unless otherwise noted packages ship USPS Priority Mail. 

Multiple Item Orders
Whenever possible we will ship your items in one convenient package. Occasionally items will need to be shipped separately to ensure they all arrive in the best condition. Additionally some items may be shipped directly from one of our trusted manufacturing partners. If you have any concerns about missing items please contact us at info@tamaraarcilla.com. 

Combining Shipping
If you place multiple orders close enough together that we can combine shipment on them, we will combine shipment and refund you any excess shipping charges.
