Every item in our shop is custom-printed to order just for you. Because we do not carry warehouse stock, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse or size changes.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or misprinted, we will happily send you a free replacement.
How to submit a claim:
- Email us at info@tamaraarcilla.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number.
- Attach a clear photo of the issue (and the shipping box if damaged in transit).
Once verified, we will immediately process a reprint and ship out a brand-new replacement at no additional charge to you!
